Elvido-Reha – Just like an hotel.
The comprehensive range of standard equipment in our new Elvido-Reha care beds is designed to meet the needs of rehabilitation centres. They feature distinctive column-shaped legs which conceal the wheels for a more relaxed, hotel-like style.
The high quality of care afforded to residents in rehabilitation centres is largely dependant on the performance and functionality of the beds – after all, in rehabilitation, as with other sectors in the care industry, medical tasks are performed at the bedside.
The Elvido-Reha is designed to support and facilitate care staff in their daily work. But residents too will appreciate the relaxing comfort of a roomy 100 cm wide mattress, optionally available instead of the standard 90 cm.
Function overview:
INFRARED remote control*
Remove the cable from the hand switch, and you take away a potential tripping hazard. Wireless remote control is safer and more convenient.
SHINING example.
The reading lamp* simply connects to the integral lamp outlet*. The OpenBus system provides the power supply and control mechanism – this does away with the need for a transformer and a tangle of cables, as well as sparing a socket.
UNDER BED LIGHT
The under bed light* helps residents find their way back to bed in the dark, thus avoiding potential falls. However, it is discreet enough to avoid disturbing the occupant of the neighbouring bed.
HYGIENIC MATTRESS BASE
Robust, easy-care polypropylene mattress base.
Deep ventilation slits for breathability. Optionally available with additional slots for perfectly positioning straps (back- and seat rests included as standard). The hygienic mattress base is removable and resistant to conventional cleaning agents.
COMFORTABLE MATTRESS BASE*
30 flexibly mounted base panels and 80 pivot springs with varying degrees of hardness offer optimum lying comfort and easy cleaning.
DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
All mattress base positions can be controlled using the hand switch. Each function can be individually locked using a programmable chip key to prevent accidental adjustment of the mattress base.
Gently does it.
Wall distance holders provide optimum protection for bed and walls. Mounted on the underside of the bed, they maintain a safe distance from the wall no matter what the position of the mattress base*.
SAFETY on the move.
Wall deflection rollers protect walls during routine manoeuvres*.
EASY LIFTING
The Elvido has sufficient clearance to accommodate standard patient hoists up to 130 cm wide.
SUPPORTIVE
Brackets for attaching universal holders can be supplied for use in conjunction with a supply rail*.
PRACTICAL
The integral bed stripper is easy to extend and saves time on routine tasks*.
