The integrated Auto Contour Function allows the back and thigh rests to be adjusted at the same time, so the patient can be brought into an upright sitting position. This effectively prevents the patient slipping to the foot of the bed.

The control box has the same functions as the locking box, with some additional adjustment possibilities for the mattress base.

It is that easy. The ergonomically designed hand switch enables patients and hospital staff to operate the bed comfortably with one hand*. The hand switch cannot be locked and can only be used in combination with the locking or control box*.

BEDDING STORAGE
The daily work of hospital staff is made easier by the bedding tray, which also creates space for the locking or control box*.

FAST and RELIABLE lowering.
In an emergency, the back rest can be quickly and safely lowered with one hand movement – sometimes even seconds count in an emergency situation.

GOOD EVERYDAY running.
The large 150 mm castors and central braking make moving and manoeuvring the bed easier. It remains on track whether running straight ahead or going round corners.

You need that much SPACE: variable BED LENGTHENING.
Even tall patients have freedom for their legs, because there is the option of lengthening both the bed and the lower leg rest.

There’s no such thing as TOO HEAVY.
People are becoming ever taller and heavier, as statistical evidence shows. The Vida can be used without problems up to a safe working load of 250 kg.

SAFETY is the first commandment.
The Vida has been designed from the beginning with a number of safety systems – active and passive safety systems are perfect for ensuring that patients only pass through once and get better quickly.

The 3/4-SIDE RAIL.
The 3/4 side rail offers a protection height of 42 cm. The system can be handled easily and quickly. The complete operation is performed in the vertical plane so that the hospital staff can create patient safety without making space.

MultiFlex-SIDE RAIL.
The multiflex side rail offers a protection height of 41.5 cm, operation is simple and the system is almost completely collapsible. The side rails can be adjusted with a few hand movements and lowered in the same way.

EASY lowering of the MOBILISATION SUPPORTS.
When the mobilisation supports are no longer needed, they can be quickly unbolted and lowered in no time. In tests they have been operated without any problems for more than 30,000 times.

CLEANING is so EASY.
The Hygiene mattress base cam be particularly easily and quickly cleaned. The light weight makes removing and handling it easier.

There are two choices of head and foot boards: the Classic model (left) and the Intercontinental model (right).

Easy CLEANING.
The headboards can be quickly and easily removed for treatment or cleaning. This also allows fast access to the patient.
